Our take
This little volume knob is a handy tool for any desktop. The aluminum build feels premium, and the one-click mute is super convenient. It's plug-and-play on both Windows and Mac (despite the 'PC only' note, it worked fine on my Mac). The 3 volume control modes are a nice touch, but I mostly just use the main knob. My only gripe is that it's very small—easy to lose on a cluttered desk. Also, it's strictly a volume controller; you can't map it to other parameters. For the price, it's a solid utility gadget.
