This little knob does exactly what it says. The aluminum build feels solid, and the three control modes are handy for different tasks. I like the one-click mute function—great for quick cuts. Setup is truly plug-and-play on both Windows and Mac. My only gripe: the touch control method is a bit sensitive; sometimes it registers accidental touches. Also, the specs say 'PC only' despite listing Mac compatibility, which is confusing. For $53.59, it's a capable volume controller but not without minor quirks.
